Andam Raffle – Legal Basis

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company ELEMENTAL FACTORY, SL, with registered office at CALLE MILA I FONTANALS, NUM. 82,08205 SABADELL - (BARCELONA), and CIF B59165548, is organizing the raffle called “Offset Collection – Look valued at €300”, which will be carried out through the brand's official Instagram profile: @andam_oficial .

2. DRAW DATES

The draw will begin on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CET) and end on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (CET). The winner will be announced on Friday, August 15, 2025, via Andam's official Instagram profile.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Anyone over 18 years of age, resident in Spain, who completes the following steps may participate:

  • Follow the Instagram account @andam_oficial .
  • Share the giveaway reel in stories.
  • Comment on the post mentioning at least one friend (each comment with a valid mention will count as an additional entry).

Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE

The winner will receive:

  • A complete look from Andam's Offset collection, valued at €300.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other products.
  • The prize will be delivered directly with the winner.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the announcement, a substitute will be chosen.

6. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be randomly selected using a digital tool of the brand's choice. The result will be announced on Instagram on August 15, 2025.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exclusively for the purpose of managing the draw. They will be deleted once the draw is over.

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway. Andam is not responsible for any external incidents that may affect the conduct of the giveaway. The brand reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participation in this sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules. Any failure to comply with them will result in automatic exclusion.
