Exchanges and returns
At Andam we offer exchanges and returns of items during 15 days from receipt of the order ( *Black Friday : For purchases made on Black Friday, we have extended the return period until January 12, 2025. ) . To ensure this, it is essential that the items are in perfect condition and properly labeled. Exchanges and refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was made with a bank card, the cardholder must present the original purchase receipt and proof of purchase.
How to make an online return?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it. To process your return, the product must be unused and properly protected and stored, although it does not need to be in its original packaging. If you meet these requirements and are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you can do so in one of the following two ways:
OPTION 1: GIFT CARD
To request a refund using a gift card, please visit the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/andam . Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards do not expire.
OPTION 2: ONLINE RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange for a gift card, please access the following link by filling in the text boxes with the Order ID and purchase email: https://returns.itsrever.com/andam
Logistics information related to your online return:
Returns of orders from the Peninsula:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a fee of €4.95 per return.
- Gift cards are free.
Returns of orders from the Balearic Islands:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a fee of €6.60 per return.
- Gift cards cost €3.30
*Returns are not accepted from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified that everything is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within a period of 15 working days.
