Exchanges and returns
At Andam, we offer exchanges and returns of items within 15 days of receiving the order. For this, it is essential that the items are in perfect condition and correctly tagged. Exchanges and returns are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was made with a bank card, it is essential that the cardholder presents the original proof of purchase and the transaction receipt.
How to make an online return?
To proceed with a return, the product must be unused and properly protected or preserved, but does not need to be in its original packaging. If you meet these requirements and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in one of the following two ways:
OPTION 1: GIFT CARD
To request a return with a gift card, access the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/andam. Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards do not expire.
OPTION 2: ONLINE RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange for a gift card, please access the following link by filling in the text fields with your order ID and purchase email:https://returns.itsrever.com/andam
Logistical information related to your online return:
Order returns from the Peninsula:
- Refunds to the original payment method cost €4.95 per return.
- Gift cards are free.
Order returns from the Balearic Islands:
- Refunds to the original payment method cost €6.60 per return.
- Gift cards cost €3.30.
*Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not accepted.
Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified that everything is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund within 15 business days.
